Return & Refund Policy
At Everly Keepsakes, every piece is made just for you. Because our products are personalized and printed or crafted to order, we handle returns a little differently than a typical shop, and we want to be clear and upfront about how it works.
Made-to-order items
Since each keepsake is produced specifically for your order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or for orders placed with the wrong size, color, or personalization details. Please review your customization carefully before checking out, as we can't make changes once an order is in production.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
We stand behind the quality of everything we make. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we'll happily arrange a free replacement or a refund.
To start a claim, email us at support@everlykeepsakes.com within 30 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue (and the shipping packaging, if it was damaged in transit)
There's no need to ship the item back to us. Once we review your photos and confirm the issue, we'll get a replacement on its way or process your refund.
Lost or undelivered packages
If your order is lost in transit or doesn't arrive, please reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can look into it and make it right.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few business days for the credit to appear.
