Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Everly Keepsakes. Because so many of our pieces are personalized and made just for you, we want to be clear about how production and shipping work so you know what to expect from the moment you order to the day your keepsake arrives.
Processing and production time
Most of our keepsakes are made to order, which means each piece is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Production typically takes 2 to 7 business days before your order ships. Personalized items may take slightly longer, as each one is custom crafted with care. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping time
Once your order has been produced, it is handed off to the carrier for delivery. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method available at checkout. All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays
While we do everything we can to get your keepsake to you on time, we are not liable for shipping or delivery delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control. Once we transfer your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your keepsake on its way to you. Please allow a little time for tracking details to update after you receive the notification.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, we will reach out to arrange reshipment, which may require an additional shipping charge.
International shipping
For orders shipped outside the country, please note that any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are outside our control.
Lost or undelivered packages
If your order is lost in transit or does not arrive, please reach out to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can look into it and help make it right. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details on how we handle these situations.
